Izwan Adnan

Founder

Izwan comes with more than 17 years of Oil & Gas covering aspects of engineering, economics, and strategic components worldwide. Graduated in Chemical Engineering at University Teknologi PETRONAS Malaysia in the year 2005, followed by Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.

Izwan holds various positions in professional communities, in which notably in Malaysian Business Council UAE as Secretary General. There, he has curated various business networking events in diverse industries and up to governmental levels.

Nurul Faten Hj. Jasmee

CEO & Co-Founder

Faten holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management majoring in Communication from University Technology MARA and is a certified PMP and Career Coach.

Faten joined Keolis MHI, the operator for Dubai Metro as the Operations Project Manager. Prior to joining Keolis MHI, she served as the Associate Consultant for Front Talent and has worked on multiple projects in industries such as banking, telco, and government agencies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

Faten has a deep interest in leadership development and female empowerment and has collaborated with Lean In Malaysia and Aberkyn (a leadership and culture transformation center under McKinsey & Co) to co-facilitate the Women Leadership Programme in 2018.

Faten has served Malaysia's Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD), People Link Consulting and Asian Finance Bank.
